      成立于2015年，公司主营国内外展览展销会组织及展览、展示、会务服务，品牌营销推广、市场调研、营销策划、商务信息咨询等业务。2021年5月31日，公司正式划转并入青岛国信集团。

    公司是中国国际消费电子博览会的具体执行机构。中国国际消费电子博览会是经国务院批准的，由中华人民共和国商务部、中华人民共和国科学技术部、山东省人民政府主办，中华人民共和国工业和信息化部支持，中国机电产品进出口商会、中国电子学会和青岛市人民政府共同承办的国家级消费电子专业博览会。公司同时是我市重要活动及组织企业赴境外参展的重点单位，负责“2018年上海合作组织国家进口商品展”、青岛市“通商青岛、品牌之都”全球推介会、“青岛商品丝路行”系列展会、保密技术交流大会暨产品博览会等展会的组织、执行。

The China International Consumer Electronics Exposition (CICE) is a national professional exposition approved by the State Council. It is hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the People's Government of Shandong Province, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and undertaken by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products,the Chinese Institute of Electronics and Qingdao Municipal People’s Government.Since its inception in 2001, CICE has been centered around the Bohai EconomicRim and expanded its reach to the rest of China and the Northeast Asia market.Today, it has grown into a major industrial event with significant global influence. The company is also a key unit for important events in our city and organizing enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions. It is responsible for the "2018 Shanghai Cooperation Organization National Import Com and The organization and execution of the "Silk Road Tour" series of exhibitions.
